Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped vegetables and shredded cheese into the egg mixture. Ensure everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate or a similar-sized baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  5. Pour the egg and vegetable mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until puffy and golden on top.
  6. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing. It can be served warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. For freezing, wrap slices tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil to keep for up to 2 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until warmed through. Avoid overbaking to prevent a dry texture.
