  • 1 cup mashed bananas Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk Can be substituted with unsweetened coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
  • 2 cups powdered sugar Sift before mixing to avoid lumps.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Add for crunch.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Add for sweetness and texture.

Preparation
  1. Start by mashing your ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir until well-combined and smooth.
  3. If using, fold in the chopped nuts and mini marshmallows gently until evenly distributed.
  4. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, remove the fudge using the edges of the parchment paper and cut into squares.
