- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the mixture for a delightful crunch.
- Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes until warmed through. You can freeze individual portions for later, just thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
