- Start by gathering and measuring out your ingredients. Having everything in place before cooking makes the process smoother and more enjoyable.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once it’s hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef sausage to the skillet, stirring occasionally until it’s nearly heated through (around 3-4 minutes).
- Toss in the shrimp next. Cook them for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add the seasoned rice to the skillet and mix well. Pour the soy sauce over it and stir to combine all ingredients, allowing the rice to absorb the flavors.
- Finally, add the chopped green onions and mix thoroughly. Let the dish cook for another minute.
