- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded tofu, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and cumin. Mix well and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the tofu is golden and crispy.
Final Assembly
- Taste and season with salt and pepper. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and divide into bowls. Top with crispy shredded tofu and garnish with chopped green onions.
