Ingredients

For the Pretzel Pops
  • 12 pieces Pretzel Rods
  • 1 cup Green Candy Melts You may need more for an extra thick coating.
  • ½ cup White Chocolate Optional for marbling.
  • 2 tablespoons Edible Glitter or Sprinkles Choose festive colors like green and gold.
  • 12 pieces Popsicle Sticks or Lollipop Sticks For easy handling.
  • Wax Paper For cooling the pops.

Method

Preparation
  1. Melt the Candy: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the green candy melts according to package instructions, stirring until smooth. If desired, melt white chocolate in a separate bowl for a marbled effect.
  2. Dip the Pretzels: Take a pretzel rod and dip it into the melted green candy. Use a spoon to help cover it completely and allow any excess to drip back into the bowl.
  3. Add Decorations: While the candy coating is still wet, sprinkle your choice of edible glitter or sprinkles over the pretzel. Get creative!
  4. Insert the Sticks: If using popsicle sticks, insert them into the bottom of each coated pretzel for easy holding.
  5. Cool Down: Place the pretzel pops on a piece of wax paper to cool and harden for about 15 minutes.
  6. Enjoy: Once set, serve your vibrant Shamrock Pretzel Pops at your party or as a festive snack at home!

Notes

Store your Shamrock Pretzel Pops in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Refrigerating may slightly affect the texture. Avoid freezing as the chocolate may crack when thawed.
