Preparation
- In a medium bowl, pour 1/2 cup of olive oil and add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
- Add in the minced garlic, 1 tablespoon each of dried oregano and dried basil, and a teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Using a whisk or a fork, stir all the ingredients together until they’re thoroughly combined.
- Allow the oil to sit for at least 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Serve the Savory Bread Dipping Oil in a decorative bowl with warm, crusty bread.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Bring to room temperature before serving.
