  • 1 piece bell pepper, sliced (any color)
  • 1 piece zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the onions and bell peppers first, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Mix in the zucchini and broccoli, continuing to cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Feel free to add any other herbs or seasonings you enjoy!
  6. Once the vegetables are tender but still crisp, remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Avoid microwaving when reheating to maintain crunchy texture.
