  • - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - 4 garlic cloves minced
  • - 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves or ½ tsp dried thyme
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • **1. Heat the Pan:**
  • - In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat until melted and shimmering.
  • **2. Cook the Mushrooms:**

  • **4. Season and Garnish:**
  • - Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and stir to combine.
  • **5. Serve:**
  • - Serve immediately as a side dish, or use as a topping for steak, chicken, or pasta.
