Sausage and Egg Breakfast Pizzas are the ultimate morning indulgence. With a crispy crust, savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and gooey melted cheese, these mini breakfast pizzas are a fun and delicious way to start your day.

Ingredients
  

  • - 4 individual-sized pizza crusts or naan bread
  • - 1/2 lb 225g breakfast sausage
  • - 5 large eggs
  • - 1/4 cup 60ml milk
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1 cup 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - 1/4 cup 25g shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - Optional toppings: diced bell peppers green onions, or chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • **Preheat Oven:** Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the pizza crusts on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with olive oil.
  • **Cook Sausage:** In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat, breaking it into small crumbles, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • **Scramble the Eggs:** In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the same skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set.
  • **Assemble Pizzas:** Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among the pizza crusts. Top with cooked sausage, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Add any optional toppings, if desired.
  • **Bake:** Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • **Serve:** Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley or green onions, if desired. Serve warm.
