Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chunks and salted caramel sauce until evenly distributed.
Baking
  1. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  3. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.

Notes
