Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash your tomatoes and cilantro thoroughly.
  2. Dice the tomatoes and chop the onions, jalapeños, and cilantro.
Mixing
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the diced tomatoes, chopped onions, and chopped jalapeños, mixing gently.
  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Gently stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined, adjusting seasoning according to taste.
Serving
  1. Allow the salsa to sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Salsa can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze but note that some ingredients may lose texture.
