Preparation
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low to medium-low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the chopped nuts and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze wrapped pieces for up to 3 months. For serving, pair with vanilla ice cream or coffee.
