Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it flat in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, pressing the seams together.
- Spread the chopped corned beef evenly over the crescent roll base, followed by the sauerkraut. Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing on top, then layer the shredded Swiss cheese.
- Unroll the remaining crescent roll dough over the top of the filling, pressing the seams together.
Baking
- Place your baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) or in the microwave. Can be frozen unbaked and baked from frozen with extra cooking time.
