Preparation
- Gather your ingredients: On a cutting board, assemble all your fruits.
- Wash all your fruits thoroughly. For the watermelon and pineapple, cut them into bite-sized cubes.
- Quarter the strawberries and halve the grapes to ensure every fruit can be enjoyed in a single spoonful.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits. Gently toss them together to prevent bruising the delicate berries.
- If you like your fruit cups sweeter, drizzle a little honey or sprinkle sugar over the mixture. Toss gently until evenly coated.
- Spoon the fruit mixture into individual cups or small bowls. If you’re feeling fancy, garnish with fresh mint leaves!
- Refrigerate the fruit cups for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy within 2-3 days for the best taste. Avoid adding mint until ready to serve.
