  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the salad
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Feel free to mix and match according to preferences.
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs For layering.
  • Additional berries for garnish (optional)

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  2. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  3. Carefully mix in the berries, being sure to distribute them evenly without crushing them.
  4. In a large serving bowl or individual cups, layer the berry mixture with the graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with additional berries on top for a colorful presentation.

Notes

Leftover salad can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Avoid freezing to maintain texture.
