  • 1 cup powdered sugar This adds sweetness to the cream cheese.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the flavor of the cream cheese.
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip) Alternatively, homemade whipped cream can be used.
Berries and Toppings
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Use fresh berries for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs For added crunch on top.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until well incorporated and smooth. Add in the vanilla extract, mixing well until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until there are no visible streaks.
  3. Carefully fold in the mixed berries, being gentle not to crush them.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a large serving bowl or individual dessert cups.
  5. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top for added texture.
  6. For the best flavor, chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salad is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing.
