Prep & Mix:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together your flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, mash the bananas well. Add in the peanut butter, melted butter, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until the ingredients are smooth and well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, stirring gently until just combined.
Add the Reese’s Goodness:
Gently fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and, if using, the Reese’s Pieces for that added flavor and crunch.
Bake to Perfection:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then carefully transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Optional Peanut Butter Drizzle:
For an extra indulgent touch, melt 1/4 cup peanut butter and drizzle it over the cooled bread – it’s simply divine!
