  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups blue corn tortilla chips For the crunchy base

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Slice the strawberries and set them aside.
Assembly
  1. In a large serving bowl, layer the bottom with blue corn tortilla chips.
  2. Spread a layer of softened cream cheese over the tortilla chips.
  3. Toss the sliced strawberries and blueberries together and layer them onto the cream cheese, alternating colors for visual appeal.
  4. Generously heap on the whipped cream followed by the mini marshmallows.
  5. Place a small bowl of tomato salsa on the side for those who prefer a savory accompaniment.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy fresh!

Notes

For a non-dairy option, substitute whipped cream with coconut cream. Serve immediately after layering to avoid soggy chips.
