  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (regular or Greek style) Choose halal-certified options.
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup granola For added texture, sprinkle on top before serving.
  • Mint leaves for garnish For added aroma and visual appeal.

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
Layering
  1. In a clear serving bowl or individual cups, add a dollop of vanilla yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the strawberries.
  4. Toss in a handful of blueberries next.
  5. Repeat these layers until you finish, topping with whipped cream.
  6. If desired, sprinkle granola on top for added crunch just before serving.
  7. Garnish with a mint leaf or two.
Chilling
  1. Let the dessert chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to meld the flavors, though it can be enjoyed immediately.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within three days. For optimal freshness, keep granola separate until serving. This dessert isn’t suitable for freezing due to texture concerns.
