  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting your ripe avocados in half, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a food processor or blender.
  2. Pour in the fresh lime juice, lime zest, natural sweetener, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Secure the lid and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste the mousse; if desired, add more sweetener and blend again.
  5. Transfer mousse into serving bowls or cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh fruits, nuts, or a sprig of mint before serving.

Notes

Choose ripe avocados for the best flavor and texture. Adjust sweetness to your preference. Vegan option: use maple syrup or agave nectar instead of honey.
