  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen) Wash if fresh.
  • 1 piece peach (fresh or frozen, pitted and sliced) Wash, pit, and slice if fresh.
  • 1 piece banana
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla) Greek yogurt gives a creamier texture.
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • as needed cubes ice Optional for a frosty smoothie.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients onto your kitchen counter.
  2. Wash the raspberries and peach if they are fresh.
  3. If using fresh peaches, wash, pit and slice them.
Blending
  1. In your blender, add raspberries, peach slices, banana, yogurt, and milk.
  2. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  3. For a frosty texture, add in ice cubes.
  4. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Serving
  1. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
  2. Garnish with extra raspberries or a slice of peach if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. Freeze portions for quick snacks.
