Main Ingredients
  • 1 pack Gelatin powder (various colors) Choose different flavors and colors for a vibrant mix.
  • 2 cups Water (for dissolving the gelatin) Hot water is required for dissolving the gelatin.
  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk Adds creaminess to the jello.
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil For greasing the molds.
  • 1 each Egg-shaped mold Silicone molds work best for easy release.
Optional Toppings
  • Fresh fruits For decoration or added flavor.
  • Whipped cream To enhance sweetness.
  • Chocolate drizzle For a fun touch.

Method

Preparation
  1. Lightly grease your egg molds with vegetable oil to ensure the jello releases easily once set.
  2. In individual bowls, dissolve each flavor of gelatin in hot water as instructed on the package. Stir well until completely dissolved.
  3. Let the first layer of jello cool, then gently pour it into one half of the egg mold, about 1/4 inch thick. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
  4. Mix sweetened condensed milk with water in another bowl, then add a flavor of your choice. Pour a thin layer of this mixture into the molds once the first layer is set and refrigerate until set.
  5. Continue layering the colored gelatin and creamy mixture until the molds are full, ensuring each layer is thoroughly chilled before adding the next.
  6. Once all layers have been added, let the eggs chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight for best results.
  7. Carefully remove the jello eggs from the molds. Serve on a platter and enjoy your colorful creation!

Notes

Experiment with flavors and chill between layers for beautifully defined layers. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
