  • 4-6 pieces Sausages, any preferred variety
  • 2-3 pieces Bell Peppers, assorted colors, sliced
  • 1 large Onions, sliced
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish (optional) Can be added for color and flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This sets the stage for a delicious bake!
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peppers and onions with minced garlic.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle in the Italian seasoning. Toss to coat well.
  4. Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
  2. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
