  • 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and chopped Choose ripe mangoes that are fragrant and slightly soft.
  • 1/4 cup honey or sweetener of choice Adjust to taste.
  • to taste fresh mint leaves for garnish Optional, for decoration.

Preparation
  1. Brew the tea according to package instructions and allow it to cool completely. You can speed this process by putting it in the refrigerator.
  2. While the tea is cooling, peel and chop one cup of ripe mango.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the cooled tea, chopped mango, and honey (or your chosen sweetener). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If preferred, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
Serving
  1. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the mango iced tea over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  2. Sip your tropical delight and enjoy the refreshing taste of summer!

Notes

Choose ripe mangoes for the best flavor. You can adjust sweetness based on preference and cool the tea faster by placing it in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
