- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, cumin, black pepper, salt, and oregano.
- Put the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grilling
- Remove the chicken from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
- Grill each chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serving
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.
