  • 1 cup marinara sauce Ensure it's halal-friendly.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Mozzarella or cheddar is recommended.
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced Add your favorite color bell peppers.
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced Fresh mushrooms add flavor.
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced Optional, adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning For added flavor.
Seasoning

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop your bell peppers and mushrooms, and get the olives ready to slice.
  2. In a bowl, add your two cups of cottage cheese as the base for your pizza bowl.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese, spreading it evenly.
  4. Generously sprinkle shredded cheese on top of your sauce.
  5. Add the diced bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, and black olives.
  6. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
  7. If you prefer your cheese to be melty, pop the bowl in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
