Cooking
- Broil the salmon: Position the baking dish under the broiler. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a lovely caramelized top.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley (if using), and serve immediately while hot.
Notes
For best results, choose the freshest salmon, baste with extra sauce halfway through broiling, and watch closely to prevent overcooking. Let the salmon rest for a minute before serving.
