Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurts and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually add in the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until fully incorporated. If using vanilla extract, add it now.
- Grease a cake pan of your choice (8-inch round or square) and pour the batter into it, smoothing out the top.
Baking
- Bake in your preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cooling
- Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Once completely cool, slice and enjoy!
Notes
Store the cake in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or wrap tightly and refrigerate for about a week. To reheat, microwave a slice for 10-15 seconds.
