Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients
  • 3 cups yogurts Any flavor of your choice
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Optional
Dry Ingredients
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder Approximately 10g

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurts and eggs until smooth.
  3. Gradually add in the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour in the melted butter and mix until fully incorporated. If using vanilla extract, add it now.
  5. Grease a cake pan of your choice (8-inch round or square) and pour the batter into it, smoothing out the top.
Baking
  1. Bake in your preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cooling
  1. Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.
  2. Once completely cool, slice and enjoy!

Notes

Store the cake in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or wrap tightly and refrigerate for about a week. To reheat, microwave a slice for 10-15 seconds.
