Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup purple grapes, halved Ensure they are fresh.
  • 1 cup blackberries, rinsed Rinse before use.
  • 1 cup blueberries, rinsed Rinse before use.
  • 1 medium plum, diced
  • 1 cup purple figs, quartered Quarter before adding.
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey For sweetness.
  • 1 medium Juice of 1 lime Adds a zesty tang.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all your fruits thoroughly under running water.
  2. Halve the purple grapes and arrange them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Toss in the rinsed blackberries and blueberries into the bowl.
  4. Finely dice the plum and quarter the purple figs, adding them to the mixing bowl.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
  6. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to ensure all fruits are coated.
  7. Serve immediately, or chill for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, prepare the salad just before serving to maintain a crunchy texture. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Freezing isn’t recommended.
