  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened Should be at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Flavor Enhancers
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup Optional, for added sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
  • Fresh herbs (like thyme or parsley) For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If you’re using cream cheese, make sure it’s softened to room temperature for easy mixing.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese and measure out your pumpkin purée.
Blending
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin purée, feta cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil.
  2. Using a hand mixer or a food processor, blend the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
Flavoring
  1. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and maple syrup (if using).
  2. Mix again to combine all the flavors. Taste the dip and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Serving
  1. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish it with fresh herbs.
  2. For an extra touch, drizzle a little olive oil on top.
  3. Enjoy right away with crackers, pita chips, or sliced veggies!

Notes

Chill in the refrigerator for an hour to enhance flavors. Can be stored for up to five days in an airtight container. Reheat gently in the microwave if needed.
