Ingredients
  

  • - 8 oz 225g feta cheese, crumbled
  • - 1/2 cup 120g canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • - 1/4 cup 60ml olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
  • - 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Optional garnishes: toasted pumpkin seeds a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of smoked paprika, or fresh herbs

Instructions
 

  • **Blend the Feta:** Place the crumbled feta cheese in a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes.
  • **Add Pumpkin and Flavorings:** Add the pumpkin puree, olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the food processor. Blend again until fully combined and smooth.
  • **Adjust Seasoning:** Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add more honey for sweetness, or extra salt and pepper for balance.
  • **Transfer to a Bowl:** Use a spatula to transfer the whipped dip to a serving dish. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
  • **Garnish and Serve:** Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with your choice of garnishes, such as toasted pumpkin seeds or smoked paprika. Serve immediately with dippers of your choice.
