  • 3 cups mixed nuts Make sure all ingredients are Halal-certified.
  • 2 cups pretzels You can use pretzel sticks instead.
  • 2 cups popcorn (popped)
  • 1 cup candy corn
Coating
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect crispy texture.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts, pretzels, popcorn, and candy corn. Gently toss until well mixed.
Coating
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  2. Pour the buttery mixture over the snack mix and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Baking
  1. Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool. Your homemade Pumpkin Spice Snack Mix is ready for sharing!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. To reheat, warm it in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 5-10 minutes.
