Ingredients

For the Pumpkin Oreo Balls
  • 1 package Pumpkin Spice Oreo cookies Can substitute with regular Oreos and pumpkin pie spice.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon orange sprinkles (optional) For seasonal decoration.

Method

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreos: Begin by taking your Pumpkin Spice Oreos and placing them into a food processor. Pulse until they turn into fine crumbs—this will take about 30 seconds.
  2. Mix the Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese. Use an electric mixer or your hands to mix until fully combined.
  3. Form the Balls: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the Balls: Place the tray in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 30 minutes to help set them.
  5. Melt the Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in intervals of 30 seconds and stirring until smooth.
  6. Coat the Balls: Remove the chilled balls from the fridge, dip them into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Add Toppings: Sprinkle each ball with orange sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  8. Final Chill: Place the coated balls back in the fridge for another 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate.
