- Start by lining an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, add your chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir gently until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the chocolate mixture is smooth, add in the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, and salt. Stir everything together until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly using a spatula.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours or until set.
- After chilling, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into squares.
Notes
Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks or freeze for up to three months. Reheat by thawing in the refrigerator or warming slightly in the microwave.
