Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then lift out using the parchment and cool on a wire rack.
