Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and pumpkin puree. Stir until fully mixed.
  3. Pour in the maple syrup and add the vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  4. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with a little oil or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Baking
  1. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  2. Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
