Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and pumpkin puree. Stir until fully mixed.
- Pour in the maple syrup and add the vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with a little oil or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Baking
- Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cooling and Serving
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into squares, serve, and enjoy!
