Ingredients
  

  • 1 chilled pudding any flavor you prefer
  • 300 g of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Pudding:
  • Cut the chilled pudding into 8 equal pieces.
  • Arrange on Tray:
  • Place the pudding pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Insert Sticks:
  • Carefully insert sticks into the pudding pieces, ensuring they’re stable.
  • Freeze the Pudding:
  • Cover the tray with plastic wrap, and let it sit in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  • Melt the Chocolate:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  • Coat the Pudding:
  • Remove the pudding from the freezer. Dip each pudding pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely coated. Place back on the parchment-covered tray.
  • Chill Again:
  • Let the chocolate-coated pudding pops cool at room temperature or place them back in the freezer for a few minutes to set.
