Ingredients

  • 1 chilled pudding any flavor you prefer
  • 300 g of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

Method

  1. Prepare the Pudding:
  2. Cut the chilled pudding into 8 equal pieces.
  3. Arrange on Tray:
  4. Place the pudding pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Insert Sticks:
  6. Carefully insert sticks into the pudding pieces, ensuring they’re stable.
  7. Freeze the Pudding:
  8. Cover the tray with plastic wrap, and let it sit in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  9. Melt the Chocolate:
  10. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  11. Coat the Pudding:
  12. Remove the pudding from the freezer. Dip each pudding pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely coated. Place back on the parchment-covered tray.
  13. Chill Again:
  14. Let the chocolate-coated pudding pops cool at room temperature or place them back in the freezer for a few minutes to set.
