Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) Use well-mixed peanut butter for best results.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) Flavored yogurt can add extra taste.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to preference.
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) Almond, soy, or oat milk can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use an electric mixer or a whisk for a few minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Before pouring into molds, taste the mixture. Adjust the sweetness if needed, and blend again if you add anything.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top as they will expand when freezing.
  4. Place the sticks into the molds, ensuring they’re centered.
  5. Put the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until they’re completely solid.
  6. To release the pops from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull on the sticks.
  7. Serve immediately or store in a freezer bag for future enjoyment.

Notes

Store pops in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 2-3 months. Allow to soften slightly before enjoying. Avoid refreezing once thawed.
