  • 1 pound Fresh Mozzarella Balls (Bocconcini)
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • A handful Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Drizzle Olive Oil For serving
  • Optional Balsamic Glaze For drizzling

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and ensure your mozzarella balls are drained and patted dry for optimal flavor.
  2. Take one slice of prosciutto and place it on your cutting board. Place a mozzarella ball at one end and gently roll it up, wrapping the prosciutto around the cheese. Repeat this process for the remaining mozzarella balls.
  3. Once all the mozzarella balls are wrapped, tuck a basil leaf into each wrapped ball for an aromatic touch.
  4. Arrange the wrapped mozzarella on a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

Leftover Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It's best enjoyed soon after making for optimal flavor and texture. Reheating is not recommended.
