- Gather all your ingredients and ensure your mozzarella balls are drained and patted dry for optimal flavor.
- Take one slice of prosciutto and place it on your cutting board. Place a mozzarella ball at one end and gently roll it up, wrapping the prosciutto around the cheese. Repeat this process for the remaining mozzarella balls.
- Once all the mozzarella balls are wrapped, tuck a basil leaf into each wrapped ball for an aromatic touch.
- Arrange the wrapped mozzarella on a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
Leftover Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It's best enjoyed soon after making for optimal flavor and texture. Reheating is not recommended.
