Ingredients
  

For the pizza rolls
  • 1 pound Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade) You can use homemade dough for a better flavor.
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce For spreading on the dough.
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Cheesy filling for deliciousness.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Slices Can be replaced with other favorite toppings.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For extra flavor.
  • to taste Olive Oil For brushing on top before baking.
  • optional Parmesan Cheese For sprinkling on top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving about half an inch around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, add your favorite toppings, and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
  5. Tightly roll the dough from one long edge into a log shape.
  6. Cut the rolled dough into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches thick.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush the tops with olive oil, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. You can freeze uncooked rolls for up to 2 months.
