  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients. This includes spreading the cream cheese on the tortillas, ensuring they are soft and easy to roll.
  2. Take your softened cream cheese and evenly spread it across each tortilla, going right up to the edges.
  3. Place the deli meats, cheese, lettuce, and sliced bell peppers on top of the cream cheese. Be creative here—adding a mix of colors makes them more visually appealing!
  4. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper over the toppings. Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices for an extra flavor boost!
  5. Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly. The cream cheese will help hold everything together once you’re done.
  6. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch pieces. You’ll get beautiful pinwheels!
  7. Arrange them on a platter and watch them disappear!

Notes
