  1. Cook your rice according to package instructions and allow it to cool to ensure it stays fluffy.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add the sesame oil and heat until hot.
  2. Toss in the diced bell pepper and chopped green onions, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  3. Stir in the pineapple chunks and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Gently fold in the cooled rice, mixing well.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir until the rice is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer your Pineapple Rice to a serving dish and enjoy it hot.
