- Wash the fresh pineapple and peaches. Slice the pineapple into chunks and dice the peaches after removing the pits.
- In a blender, combine the diced pineapple and peaches with 4 cups of water. Blend until it reaches your desired texture.
- Add sugar to taste and blend again, adjusting until the sweetness of the fruits shines through.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime into the mixture for a tangy balance.
- (Optional) Strain the mixture into a pitcher for a clearer drink, or leave the pulp for added fiber.
- Add plenty of ice to the drink, and it’s ready to serve!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the drink in ice cube trays for later use.
