Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by washing your pineapple and cucumber.
  2. Peel and dice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop the pineapple into uniform chunks.
  4. Finely chop the red onion and cilantro, and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add the cucumber and pineapple chunks to the bowl.
  6. Squeeze the lime juice over the salad, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
  8. Serve immediately for the best flavor or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes for a chilled treat.

Notes

Choose ripe pineapple for maximum sweetness. Experiment with adding a splash of coconut milk or honey for extra flavor. Be gentle when tossing the salad to maintain texture.
