Equipment

  • - Baking sheet
  • - Mixing bowl
  • - Pastry brush
  • - Knife or kitchen shears

Ingredients

  • 1 can 16.3 oz Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers Biscuits
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • **Preheat the Oven:**
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • **Prepare the Biscuits:**
  • Open the can of biscuits and separate them into individual pieces. Cut each biscuit in half to make 16 smaller pieces.
  • **Stuff with Cheese:**
  • Flatten each biscuit piece slightly. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each piece, then wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
  • **Place on Baking Sheet:**
  • Arrange the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  • **Make the Garlic Butter:**
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  • **Brush and Sprinkle:**
  • Generously brush the tops of the dough balls with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • **Bake:**
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  • **Garnish and Serve:**
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
