- Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, stirring well to combine.
Mixing the Filling
- Remove the skillet from heat and add shredded cheese to the beef mixture. Stir until melted.
Preparing the Dough
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto the center of the dough, leaving space along the edges.
- Fold each side of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal. Cut into individual sticks.
Baking
- Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush lightly with beaten egg.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
- Let them cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces like marinara or ranch.
Notes
To store leftovers, place in an airtight container in the fridge. They last for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
