  • 1 8 oz tub of whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moist.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even crust.
  3. Place the pan in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
  5. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing well until fully combined.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and well combined.
  7. Pour the cream cheese filling over the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly. Smooth the top for an appealing presentation.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until it has completely set.
Serving
  1. Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan.
  2. Top it with your choice of fruit topping before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
