- Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and simmer to let the flavors meld, about 5-10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and sprinkle the provolone and cheddar cheese over the beef mixture. Cover the skillet for a minute, allowing the cheese to melt.
