Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into uniform 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Optionally, add your favorite spices.
- Arrange the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Roast the sweet potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden-brown and crispy.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can experiment with different spices for flavor variations. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
