Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Optionally, add your favorite spices.
  4. Arrange the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Roast the sweet potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden-brown and crispy.
  2. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can experiment with different spices for flavor variations. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
